Refund Policy

We strongly believe in our product and stand behind it 100%, but we understand that it may not work perfectly for everyone all the time. If you would like to request a refund, please open a "Refund Request" support ticket. When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you comply with the following terms of the Refund Policy:

Refund Request Requirements:

  1. You are within the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  2. We cannot issue refunds after the first 30 days of original purchase.
  3. We cannot refund renewal payments (Professional Plan, Premium Plan, Custom Plan ). We will email you 2 weeks before the renewal date and you can take this opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
